Guest luggage or other deliveries will be placed outside the guest’s room door for the guest’s retrieval (bell team members are not permitted to enter an occupied guest room until further notice).ěell services will only be available upon request.Valet Operations are temporarily suspended.Business Centers will be cleaned and sanitized after each use.Business Centers will be locked but available upon request business centers will only accommodate one (1) guest at a time.Team member then returns the tray or cart to the appropriate area for sanitization Team members will knock on the door, then step six (6) feet away until the guest retrieves the item off the tray.Ěll room deliveries (toiletries, pillows, mail, etc.) will be placed outside the guest room door on a bell cart or sanitized tray for retrieval by the guest.No more than four (4) guests may ride in the same elevator cabin at one time (exceptions will be made for minor children who are staying in the same room).
